This is a mix of different Beauty Blogger tag questions that I have found and enjoyed. I hope you do too!

Why did you start blogging and how long have you been blogging for?

This blog was made one or two years ago when I blogged with a friend then we stopped, so in June I started it back up again. I deleted all the other posts because they weren't the best and very repetitive. It's been hard to post on here cause I'm trying to not let blogging, Instagram, Twitter or YouTube distract me from school and exams. Meaning I only have a couple of posts up. I need to post more!!
  

What is your worst beauty habit?

This is terrible to admit but if its been a long day and its late, I forget to take my make - up off! I just get so lazy and jump into bed straight away. Definitely something I need to improve. 

How long do you spend getting ready everyday?

Now the answer to this question depends what day it is. If its Monday - Friday I have to be up at 7am to be ready for school! On a good day I'm up then ready to go by 8 am - an hour to eat, do very secret make up (its banned at my school), get my bag together and make my lunch! I shower in the evenings by the way. Then on a Saturday I'm normally alive around 10am - 11 am and then only slowly start getting ready. This is because my friends play for a football team on a Saturday and normally aren't ready to go out till 3pm. The quickest I could be ready in is 45 minutes and the longest I would ever take is 3 hours, and that would be for a party. 

Are you wearing jeans/pants/skirt or pyjamas right now? 

I am wearing Black washed jeans, with a black top that has a lace detailing for the shoulders. To brighten my outfit up I have a large gold necklace! 

What was the first blogosphere hyped about product that you bought? Was it worth the hype?

I just recently purchased the Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection concealer because my Fit Me concealer is running out but I bought it in too light of a shade! I need to re-purchase it so I can't say much about it yet. 

What advice would you give to a beauty blogger just starting out? 

I know I have only barely started blogging but these are the things I think should be considered before starting a blog. Be original. Copying someone else's blog just to be spiteful isn't nice, they have spent ages planning ideas and not for you to ruin it. Make sure you spell check your blog posts before publishing or you'll end up with tons of sentences like 'you should defiantly buy this product' or 'I defiantly recommend this product'. You sound and look like an idiot! 

How often do you change your nail polish?

This will probably make me come across as spoilt, I promise I'm not! My mum and dad help out this Beauty Salon a lot with favors and other things that I can't talk about without giving away where I live. This means that I can get a lot of treatments done free of charge. I'm rubbish at painting my own nails, I'm getting better though, so if I need them painted I can just make an appointment there. I'm not allowed nail polish at school anyway.

My MAC Collection

Thought it would be a nice idea to show what I've bought from MAC altogether. I only started buying stuff from MAC when I was 13, I am now 15! Though my collection isn't as big as a lot of beauty bloggers, I'm still only gradually investing money on the products. Plus my mum still finds it hard to understand why I would pay that much for make up, to her make up is make up the cheaper the better. Silly parents! Still shes trying to understand so I love her for that. 

And a little disclaimer to say that I am not doing this post to brag about the stuff that I've bought. Most of the stuff has been purchased with my own money, or as gifts from other people. I hope that it will help people who haven't yet purchased anything from MAC, but want to, decide how to start building their own collection. 

I'm going to try and do it in the order that I bought it but bare with me, I have a goldfish memory so two years is a long time for me to remember back to! 

The first thing I ever bought from MAC was a powder blush in the shade 'Fleur Power'. Its £18 and at the time I was panicking handing that much over for make up, because I hadn't discussed it with my mum. (Wouldn't recommend that approach). It is a soft but bright pink with a hint of coral, a lovely shade for just everyday wear as its not too out there. 

 After watching many YouTube videos on MAC starter kits and watching make up tutorials, I decided to start my eye shadow collection off. So I originally went in to get 12 pot palette and either they don't do a twelve or that counter didn't have it so I got a 15 pot for the same price. The first shade I got was All That Glitters, which is still my favorite neutral shade. All pans cost £10 and are magnetic so they stay in the palette. I now have 7/15 filled, which I'll go through in depth in my next blog post.  And I purchased a purple shadow in a pot in the shade 'Satellite Dreams'



























My decider for what I should by next was that I had a face product and an eye product so I needed a lip product. I've always had problems with lip products because I basically have non existent lips so I gave up with any lipsticks and lip glosses but when I walked into MAC I decided that asking them to help me wouldn't hurt. Oh and if you feel to shy to go to a MAC store because you think all the staff will be judgmental of you, don't feel that way! I have never ever come across a member of staff from MAC that has been rude or uninterested. I love them all. So the lady I had picked out 'Frost', which I love so I bought it. Their lipsticks cost £15 and feel so moisturizing. 




























This year I went to Florida for my summer vacation and begged to go to a MAC outlet, which my pleas were finally given in to. When we got there the MAC outlet was in a cosmetic outlet so it had like one shelf, not a lot to choose from. In there I picked up a Mineralize Skinfinish in 'Porcelain Pink' and the Julie Verhoeven travel brush set and roll. 

And lastly! At the airport my mum was buying perfumes so I had a chance to take a mosey at the MAC counter there. With all intentions of only looking I left with the Rebecca Moses Set. This includes a 'Sultry Eye Bag' which is perfect for taking your everyday make up in your bag with you; a Mineralize Duo Eye shadow in 'Thunder and Rain' which is a sliver and a dirty purple - blue colour; a Kohl Pencil Eyeliner in 'Feline' which is a bold black and MACs 'Haute and Naughty Lash' mascara which has two brushes, one that lengthens the lashes and one that thickens the lashes for a more bold effect.

25 Facts About Me

I thought a great idea for my first blog post would be 25 facts about myself. 

1. My name is Chelsie, or Elsie as some of my family call me. 

2. I'm a summer baby meaning I am the youngest in my year and I'm always waiting for my birthday so I can catch up with everyone. 

3. I'm currently in Year Ten doing my first year of GSCE's which I have chosen Food Technology, Geography, Child Development and Art. 

4. I wish I had chosen Textiles but I got the idea that the teacher hated me so I didn't.

5. I have been to Spain, Portugal, France and America. 

6. My favourite clothes stores are Topshop, New Look and Primark. 

7. My favourite make up stores are MAC and Superdrug. 

8. I want to start a YouTube when I feel ready, plus I need to wait till August to buy my camera. Any suggestions? 

9. My favourite YouTubers are Zoella, ThatcherJoe, PointlessBlogTv, Casper Lee, Troye Sivan, The Janoskians and The Harries Twins. 

10. I have a long list of Artists/Celebrities I like including Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato, 1D, 5S0S, Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, Marina and The Diamonds, All Time Low, Paramore and Mayday Parade.

11. My favourite films are The Twilight Saga, The Hunger Games and Taken.

12. I'm currently obsessed with Greys Anatomy, PLL and The Vampire Diaries.

13. I have a scar on both my elbows where I fell off my bike while riding in a hurry to get a Mcflurry, aren't I a great poet? ;)

14. I should actually be getting ready to sleep while writing these facts as I have school tomorrow. 

15. I really hope my blogging works out, I'd love to be a part of the beauty community.
